Autumn Smoothie

Fall spices and dessert-like taste, all rolled into one drink. I just threw this together this morning with what I had on hand, and it actually tasted pretty good.

Autumn Smoothie

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 apple
  • 2 tablespoons of almond or any nut butter
  • 1-2/12 cups of milk or almond milk, depending upon desired consistency
  • 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice

Blend all ingredients together and pour. Add a sprinkle of pumpkin pie spice on top.
