Why is this smoothie called the multi-tasker, you ask? Because of its array of benefits. The strawberries are full of antioxidants, plus are good for skin health, likewise for the raspberries. And the flaxseed is full of omega-3’s, which are great for both skin and hair health. I swear flaxseed is the reason my locks have been looking healthier lately!
Multi-tasker Berry Smoothie
- Handful of raspberries
- Handful of strawberries
- 2 tablespoons of almond butter
- Roughly 1 cup of ice cubes
- 1-2 cups of almond milk or regular milk
- 1 tablespoon of flaxseed
- 1 small container of strawberry yogurt
Mix, serve, enjoy.
