I love combining apple slices and peanut butter. This snack has both of those, plus a few other healthy additions. The perfect snack for the 3 o’clock hour that drags.
It’s simple, start with a pita. I like to use Joseph’s whole wheat ones. Smear on some peanut butter (I used Teddie), and slap on some apple slices. Lastly, sprinkle some granola, flaxseed, and walnuts on top. Drizzle with honey. Voila!
