“Mommy’s Little Helper” Wine Smoothie

When the 5 o’clock hour rolls around, you can bet that I’m mixing up one of these tasty little drinks. If you’re not big into wine, I challenge you to try this and not change your mind. It’s simple to make, and depending on how stressful your day was, you can tweak it to your liking.

Mommy’s Little Helper

  • 1 cup of frozen mango
  • 2 bananas
  • Splash or two of red wine (Can be heavy-handed with the bottle 😉 )
  • Almond milk


Mix all the ingredients together and enjoy! I like to put mine in a cup with a straw and lid and drink it that way.
