Because we’re on Friday, my fruit supply is getting low and I’ve had to get creative when coming up with things for the blender. I should take this time to mention that just because I make a smoothie in the morning doesn’t mean I always share it here. There have been plenty of times that I’ve made ones that come out awful, and don’t meet my standards.
This one is simple, like most of them are. It’s name is such because it tastes like a dessert but has the added benefits of avocado, which promotes hair and skin health.
Dessert With Benefits Smoothie
- 1 banana
- 1/2 avocado
- 1-2 cups of milk
- 2 tablespoons of peanut butter
- 1 handful of ice
Blend well and serve.
