Take A Mom Time-Out To Soak


I simply scooped the epsom salt into a mason jar, added two drops of each essential oil, placed the lid on the jar, and shook it.

By combining epsom salt and peppermint essential to soothe sore muscles, and orange oil to lift the mood, I made an easy, wonderful smelling bath soak.

Don’t underestimate the healing powers of a glass of wine, while sitting in a hot bath, surrounded by the aromas of peppermint and orange.

This was super simple to make, and in addition to using for yourself, it would make a great gift to give to someone.
