“The Skin Glower” Smoothie Recipe
- 2 frozen bananas
- 1 or 2 pinches of flaxseed
- 1/2 an avocado
- 2 tablespoons of almond butter, peanut butter, or Sunbutter
- 1 cup of milk
- 1 handful of baby spinach
Add all the ingredients to your blender, and mix well. You may need to pause halfway through to scrape down the sides. Enjoy this delicious and healthy breakfast.
