Delicious, nutritious, simple, and satisfying.

“The Ultimate Satisfier” Smoothie Recipe

  • 3 frozen bananas
  • 2/3 cup of milk or almond milk
  • 2 tablespoons of peanut butter
  • 1 small handful of plain granola. I used Bob’s Red Mill classic granola

Mix well, until smooth and creamy. Enjoy!
