“The Green Freak” Smoothie

14962378_10209677952118863_1188725499_n.jpgSometimes it amazes me that simply combining fruits and vegetables can yield such a delicious creation, and this smoothie is no exception.

“The Green Freak” Smoothie Recipe

  • 1 banana
  • 1 pear
  • 1 cup (roughly) of frozen mango
  • 1/4 – 1/2 of avocado
  • 1 small piece of ginger
  • 2 handfuls of spinach
  • 1 cup of milk or almond milk

As always, mix it all up and serve!

*I find the spinach blends better if it’s added to the blender first, and everything gets added on top of it.
