Sometimes it amazes me that simply combining fruits and vegetables can yield such a delicious creation, and this smoothie is no exception.
“The Green Freak” Smoothie Recipe
- 1 banana
- 1 pear
- 1 cup (roughly) of frozen mango
- 1/4 – 1/2 of avocado
- 1 small piece of ginger
- 2 handfuls of spinach
- 1 cup of milk or almond milk
As always, mix it all up and serve!
*I find the spinach blends better if it’s added to the blender first, and everything gets added on top of it.
