“Twisted Girl Scout” Smoothie Recipe

  • 2 bananas
  • 1 cup of ice
  • 1 handful of spinach
  • 1/4 – 1/2 avocado
  • 2 drops of peppermint essential oil
  • 1/2 cup of milk or almond milk

Mix well in your blender and enjoy!
