“Healing Yellow” Smoothie Recipe

  • 2 bananas
  • 1 handful of frozen pineapple
  • 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder
  • 1 small piece of ginger
  • 1/2 cup of milk or almond milk

Mix well, and drink in the benefits.
