Made with flaxseed, the small but mighty food, this smoothie packs a healthy, flavorful punch.

“Mighty Peanut Butter Mango” Smoothie Recipe

  • 2 handfuls of frozen mango
  • 1 banana
  • 1 teaspoon of peanut butter
  • 1-2 teaspoons of flaxseed meal
  • Approximately 3/4 cup of milk or almond milk

Mix well, and serve in a wine glass for extra fancy dining.
