“Vision of Health” Smoothie



img_3960This morning I was crunched for time and only had enough to make a smoothie for breakfast (as if I wouldn’t anyways! 😉 )



“Vision of Health” Smoothie Recipe

  • 1 banana
  • 1 pear
  • 2 handfuls of spinach
  • 1/4 of an avocado
  • 1-2 teaspoons of turmeric
  • 1 tablespoon of peanut butter
  • 1 handful of frozen mango
  • 1 handful of frozen pineapple
  • About 1 tablespoon of flaxseed meal
  • 3/4 cup of milk or almond milk

Blend, blend, blend. Scrape down the sides as needed. Enjoy!
