Ok, while I like all the smoothies I make, this one was certainly up there with my favorites! My toddler even shared it with me.
“A Touch of Green and Blue” Smoothie Recipe
- 2 frozen bananas
- 1 handful of blueberries
- 1 tsp of turmeric
- 1 tsp of flaxseed meal
- 2 handfuls of baby kale
- 2/3 cup of milk or almond milk
- 2 tablespoons of peanut butter
Mix all ingredients well, pausing to scrape down the blender sides as necessary. Enjoy!
