Easy Peasy Soothing Ginger Tea


You’ll need:

  • Small piece of ginger root
  • Lemon essential oil, 2 drops
  • 1-2 teaspoons of honey


While bringing water to a boil, add the ginger, honey and lemon to a mug. Once the water is boiling, pour into mug, and stir. That’s it!

You can choose to take the piece of ginger out. I leave it in because it just floats to the bottom of the glass 🙂
