“Healthy Mint & Cilantro” Smoothie Recipe

  • 2 bananas
  • 2-3 handfuls of spinach
  • 2/3 cup of milk or almond milk
  • 1 small handful of fresh cilantro
  • 1 drop of peppermint essential oil
  • 1 cup of ice

Mix well until smooth, and enjoy.
