“Beta-Carotene Blast” Smoothie Recipe
- 1 banana
- 1 cup of mashed, chilled butternut squash
- 1 handful of baby carrots. I shaved mine into tiny pieces to help them blend better
- 1 cup of milk or almond milk
- 1 handful of ice
Mix well. Enjoy!
