“Creamy Butternut” Smoothie

To get ourselves ready for T-Day this Thursday, I came up with a smoothie that uses butternut squash, a Thanksgiving staple in many homes.

“Creamy Butternut” Smoothie Recipe

  • 2 frozen bananas
  • About 1 cup of mashed, chilled butternut squash
  • 1-2 teaspoons of flaxseed meal
  • 1/4 of an avocado (optional)
  • 2/3 cup of milk or almond milk

Blend well, until creamy, and serve.
