The carrots, mango and flaxseed in this smoothie offer up some major skin-living benefits.

“Skin Rejuvenator” Smoothie Recipe

  • 1 banana
  • 1 handful of frozen mango
  • 1 handful of baby carrots
  • 1/2 cup of milk or almond milk
  • 1/2 cup of water
  • 1-2 teaspoons of flaxseed meal
