Cool, creamy, and thirst-quenching.


“Cooling Raspberry Lemon” Smoothie Recipe

  • 1 banana
  • About 1 cup of raspberries
  • 1 handful of ice
  • 1/2 cup of milk or almond milk
  • 1/2 cup of water
  • 1-2 drops of lemon essential oil.

Mix well, pour and serve.
