“Cooling Raspberry Lemon” Smoothie Recipe
- 1 banana
- About 1 cup of raspberries
- 1 handful of ice
- 1/2 cup of milk or almond milk
- 1/2 cup of water
- 1-2 drops of lemon essential oil.
Mix well, pour and serve.
