Post-Yoga Blueberry Quencher Recipe

Makes approximately 2 cups

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 room temperature banana
  • 1 handful of blueberries
  • 1 handful of cilantro
  • 1/4 of an avocado
  • 1 handful of kale
  • 1/2 cup of milk or almond milk
  • 1/2 water
  • 1 handful of ice

Mix well in your blender and enjoy.
