“Sunshine Mint” Smoothie


When I first tasted this smoothie, I blurted out “Mmm, that’s good!”.

“Sunshine Mint” Smoothie Recipe

  • 1 banana
  • 1 1/2 cup of butternut squash, mashed and chilled
  • 1 handful of baby carrots
  • 1/2 cup of milk or almond milk
  • 1/2 cup of water
  • 1 drop of peppermint essential oil


Combine all ingredients in your blender and mix well. Enjoy!
