“Festive Spaghetti Squash” Smoothie Recipe
- 2 bananas
- 1 cup of spaghetti squash, cooked and chilled
- 1/2 teaspoon of pumpkin pie spice
- 1/2 cup of milk or almond milk
- 1/2 cup of cold water
- About 1 cup of ice
Blend well and enjoy!
