Hair Health Smoothie

Bananas, oats, spinach, flaxseed, and avocado, the foods that make up this smoothie, are attributed to hair health.

Hair Health Smoothie Recipe

Makes approximately 3 cups

  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1 packet of oatmeal, any flavor OR 1/2 cup of plain rolled oats
  • 1-2 handfuls of spinach
  • 1 teaspoon of flaxseed meal
  • 1/2 cup of water
  • 1/2 cup of milk or almond
  • About 1 cup of ice

Add all the ingredients to your blender and mix well, until everything is blended. Enjoy!
