“Sweet Potato Sunrise” Smoothie Recipe
Makes approximately 3 cups
- 1 sweet potato: peeled, cooked, mashed, and chilled
- 2 tablespoons of peanut butter
- 1 ripe banana
- 1/2 teaspoon of pumpkin pie spice
- 1/2 cup of cold water
- 1/2 cup of milk or almond milk
- Approximately 1 cup of ice
Blend all the ingredients well, and enjoy!
