“Sweet Potato Sunrise” Smoothie


Get a burst of beta-carotene the easy way; with a Sweet Potato Sunrise smoothie.

“Sweet Potato Sunrise” Smoothie Recipe

Makes approximately 3 cups

  • 1 sweet potato: peeled, cooked, mashed, and chilled
  • 2 tablespoons of peanut butter
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1/2 teaspoon of pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/2 cup of cold water
  • 1/2 cup of milk or almond milk
  • Approximately 1 cup of ice


Blend all the ingredients well, and enjoy!
