“Peanut Butternut Squash” Smoothie Recipe
Makes approximately 3 cups
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 cup of mashed, chilled butternut squash
- 2 tablespoons of peanut butter
- 3/4 cup of milk or almond milk
- 1/4 cup of cold water
- 1 handful of ice
Blend well and enjoy!
