“Peanut Butternut Squash” Smoothie

Rich, creamy, and super healthy. Not to mention very filling!

“Peanut Butternut Squash” Smoothie Recipe

Makes approximately 3 cups

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup of mashed, chilled butternut squash
  • 2 tablespoons of peanut butter
  • 3/4 cup of milk or almond milk
  • 1/4 cup of cold water
  • 1 handful of ice
