Coffee & Egg Yolk Shake

That’s right, there is raw egg in this drink! But ignore the stigma, it’s safe to eat raw, pasteurized eggs, and they’re full of healthy nutrients. More on that to come.

Coffee & Egg Yolk Shake Recipe

Makes approximately 3 1/2 cups

  • 2 bananas
  • 1/2 cup of coffee, chilled
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1/2 cup of milk or almond milk
  • 1 cup of ice

Combine all ingredients and blend well!
