There’s nothing better than warm, crispy, pumpkin-y granola sprinkled over yogurt or some vanilla ice cream.
I used Bob’s Red Mill Honey Oat granola. In a small pan, I melted a spoonful of coconut oil.
Once the oil had melted, I poured about 1 teaspoon of pumpkin pie spice onto the pan and stirred it into the oil.
Then I threw a handful of granola into the mix, and stirred it all together.
Stir the granola around the pan on med-high heat until it’s browned to your liking.
Sprinkle over your favorite treat and enjoy!
