The hardest part about making this smoothie is stopping yourself from eating all the of the toasted coconut flakes!
This smoothie makes approximately 3 cups.
Toasted Coconut Mocha Smoothie:
- 2 bananas
- 1 egg
- 1 handful of toasted coconut flakes
- 1/2 cup of coffee, chilled
- 1 cup of ice
Combine all ingredients and mix well.
