I made this smoothie for breakfast this morning, and damn am I full!
Full of healthy fruits and vegetables, this drink is sure to help you glow from the inside out.
The Pretty Skin Smoothie
Makes approximately 3 cups
- 1 egg (optional)
- 1 tablespoon of coconut oil
- 2 handfuls of spinach
- 2 bananas
- 1 celery heart
- about 1 inch of cucumber
- 1 tablespoon of peanut butter
- 3/4 cup of milk or milk alternative
- 1/4 cup of water
- 1 handful of ice
Add all ingredients to your blender, and mix well. Scrape down the sides as needed. Enjoy!
