What’s On My Clean Shopping List?

Most people who know me know that I’m a health freak who tries to eat as healthy as possible. Often I get asked what it is I actually eat…so here’s my weekly shopping list! It varies slightly from week to week, but this is usually what it looks like.

Eggs

Almond milk, 1 gallon

Olive oil

Tahini

Bob’s Red Mill Steel Cut Oats

Peanut butter/almond butter

Tea, usually green

Honey

1 fillet of haddock, cod, or salmon

Ezekiel bread

Flaxseeds

Coffee grounds

Coconut oil

Avocado

Apples

Bananas 

Tomatoes

Garlic

Romaine lettuce, 3 bags

Baby spinach, 2 large bags

Apples, 10-12

Lemon

Sweet potatoes, 5-6

Butternut squash

Acorn squash, 2

Red onion

Carrots, 2 large

Broccoli, 2-3 florets

Chickpeas

Frozen corn

 

Occasionally (once or twice a month)

Ginger root

Leeks

Waldorf

Escarole

Dark Chocolate
